Protection from egg damage system and water supply system

Egg damage protecting board and electric shocking machine prevent chickens from pecking at eggs on the egg belt. Water is supplied by the nipple for water supply assembled in the cage through compressing reduction machine and floating water pail, two nipples for water supply without leakage are attached, helping sufficient water supply without leakage are attached, helping sufficient water supply. Attached V-type water gutter under the nipple for water supply prevents water from falling to the ground.

Feeding system

Feeding system includes hopper and chain type. Egg collecting system

Egg collecting system includes elevator type conveying eggs using basket and lift type for egg cross conveyor to ascend and descend each stage and collect eggs. Alien substance removing device attached to the egg belt in each stage cleanly keeps and manages eggs on it and egg breaking protecting device to all collecting device helps convey eggs.
